Purpose:
The Working Lands and Riparian Corridors program provides grants to protect, restore, and enhance working lands and riparian corridors through conservation easements and restoration projects on agricultural lands.

The Working Lands and Riparian Corridors program provides grants to protect, restore, and enhance working lands and riparian corridors through conservation easements and restoration projects on agricultural lands.
Activities funded under this program must target agricultural lands and may include:
- Project development
- Land trust strategic planning
- Local and regional planning
- Conservation acquisitions
- Sustainable management practices
- Watershed restoration
Eligibility Requirements
Eligible Applicants:
- Public Agency
Resource Conservation Districts
Eligible Geographies:
State of California
Matching Funding Requirement:
Match must cover at least 25% of the total project cost. At least 40% of the match must be in cash. Match must come from at least two separate sources.
